If you haven’t gathered yet I’m posting to this blog typically once a week. If I post a second time in a week it is usually because I came across a resource throughout the week that I think would be beneficial, but I try to only post it if it is something that can be looked over fairly quick.
This week I came across a list from Benson Hines’ blog, Exploring College Ministry, of decisions most of us have already made regarding our weekly large group meeting. Benson offers a list of 49 quick questions we can ask in order to brainstorm things we can do differently in our meetings. You can find that list here.
I think it’s very easy to do things in our weekly large group meetings a certain way just because that’s the way we’ve always done it. So, next week I’ll be posting some ideas for different things to do in our meetings other than the typical “Sing ‘n Speak” as Benson calls it.
