I wanted to take a break from my normal writing this week to draw your attention to two upcoming events for college ministry. BASIC Live and the Collegiate Day of Prayer are two great events that every college ministry should take part in.
As you can see from the video, BASIC Live is the first college ministry training that will stream right to your computer for free. I’m incredibly excited that college ministers and student leaders will be able to hear from experienced leaders like Steve Shadrach, Kim Walker-Smith, and Chuck Bomar without having to pay a thing.

On February 28th, people will gather across the country to pray for our college students and campuses. People from over 800 campuses have already signed up and committed to pray. This nation desperately needs people dedicated to prayer and I believe God wants the college campuses to be at the center of such a movement.
