This week I wanted to share a quick tip on a really great resource that I haven’t heard too much buzz about yet: iTunes U from Apple.

If you’re not familiar with it yet, iTunes U is an online platform that allows its users to sit in on pre-recorded college course lectures taught by geniuses from tons of accredited colleges all around the nation. This creates an amazing opportunity for others like me who love learning, but at our own pace, and for free!

Particularly for those looking to expand their knowledge of the things of God, there are plenty of courses on theology, church history, Old Testament Hebrew, preaching tips, and even C.S. Lewis from schools like Liberty, Gordon-Conwell, Harvard, and more! I’m currently going through Church History 1 from Gordon-Conwell, and I’m learning some pretty amazing things about the early Church!

Anybody with an Apple account can have access to iTunes U, and the thousands of courses available in a vast array of topics. Check it out for yourself here, or by searching for it in the Apple app store.

Have you used iTunes U before? What courses are you taking?
